Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this window, orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment partners and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Due to the nature of dropshipping, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return approval must be obtained before sending any item back
⚠️ Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Perishable or live products
Digital/downloadable products
Custom-made or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost if the issue is verified.
Refund Processing
To process your refund, you must:
Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Include the transaction ID clearly visible
Once approved:
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
Funds are returned to the original payment method
Partial Refunds
If a cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped but before delivery:
Only 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded
The remaining 30% covers processing, handling, supplier fees, and logistics costs
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the cost
Shipping & Delivery Notes
Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers
Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location
Delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors are not eligible for refunds
